Students \u201cghost\u201d<\/b><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The student ghost is the one who asks for information about the center through any of the available channels and after this interaction, it disappears. That is to say, he vanishes, like a ghost.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">These students <\/span><b>have had an interest<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> in the center, but <\/span><b>have lost last<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> this <\/span><b>first interaction<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">There are a thousand reasons that explain this behavior can be due to economic circumstances, or relatives, for lack of follow-up of the student by the school, for the simple fact of having lost interest in what was requested, or by the content sent to them, that you have not covered your expectations.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Whatever the case may be, this future student <strong>does not follow the process<\/strong> and therefore, not just becoming a tuition center. <\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3><b>2. The immediacy<\/b><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The new generations and, therefore, prospective students are living in the age of immediacy.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">And that is what they expect when they request or ask for more information in your school. And <\/span><b>if you do not get response <\/b>to your needs in a short term, <b>they feel frustrated and disappointed.<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Of course, the immediate response 24\/7 is not an option to consider.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The center should know <\/span><b>manage expectations <\/b>student<span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> e <\/span>indicate<span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> in each of the channels <\/span><b>response times<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> approximate to avoid this feeling of a lack of response on the part of the center.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">To do this <\/span><b>equipped with certain tools<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> as an app that <\/span>to facilitate this agility<span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> on the part of the center can be of great utility to enhance the conversion and avoid the frustration of a student.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3><b>3. And in case you have a waiting list, it is possible that these students have been chosen already by other options at this point in the process.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">These students are lost may exist, but without a doubt, the <strong>objective<\/strong> center <strong>it will be minimize<\/strong>. But above all, you cannot \u201close\u201d or for lack of accompaniment, or by a lack of clarity in the different stages of the process by the centre.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2><b>What solutions can be applied to these challenges to attract students?<\/b><\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>Analyze the channels <\/b><strong>communication<\/strong> <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">current to detect which ones convert best, and identifying possible improvements in the engagement strategy.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>Review <\/b><strong>the<\/strong><b> content<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> offered in various channels and to test other content such as sending invitations to specific events that may be of your interest.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>Anticipate<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> the possible <\/span><b>questions and information needs of the student <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">and to offer a space with this content, so that you can view it without having to ask for it.\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Have a <\/span><b>space in which to be able to ask your doubts<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> and power <\/span><b>answer <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">publicly to it.
